- The item must be returned in its original packaging, which must be complete and undamaged.
Shipping Costs: For change of mind returns, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that returns or exchanges for change of mind are provided at our discretion and are not a requirement under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the description provided, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.
Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order, providing clear details and, if possible, photos of the issue. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
